  • Grant Updates: Chicagoland Community-Based Organizations Awarded Grant

    A collaboration of eleven diverse Chicagoland community-based organizations is pleased to
    announce the receipt of a $250,000 grant from The Chicago Community Trust for the Partnership for
    Empowering Research by Chicago Communities about Health (PERCH). PERCH will use novel
    approaches to support the development of research teams that will conduct community-based
    participatory research on health related topics.

  • Event Recap: Substance Abuse Intervention Initiative Training & Kick-Off Meeting

    AHCI held a two-day training and kickoff meeting March 12th and 13th to begin our Asian American Substance Abuse Intervention Initiative (AASAI). Ilinois Department of Human Services, Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse has funded AASAII through June 30, 2009.
