Adam Ng, B.S. | Accountant & Financial Administrator

Adam is responsible for all accounting and financial work for the organization, and plays a lead role in the preparation of audited financial statements and annual returns. Prior to joining, he was an accounting supervisor for an international logistics firm. He is passionate about serving Asian immigrant communities with his language (fluent in English and Cantonese) and accounting skills.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is now working towards his CPA.

Adam is originally from Hong Kong and came to the U.S. when he was fifteen. Growing up as a first-generation immigrant in Chicago’s Chinatown, his parents didn’t understand English and know how to access quality health care or health insurance in the U.S. The lack of healthcare education and employee healthcare coverage in Chinatown further impeded his parents from getting the care they need.  Having experienced the healthcare struggle of Asian communities, as well as how quality healthcare can change people’s lives first-hand, Adam has decided to contribute his professional expertise to an organization that specializes in immigrant health.
