Alexis Burr, B.S. | Program Coordinator
Alexis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Indiana University-Bloomington. During college, Alexis was passionately involved with campus multicultural student affairs, and she built strong administrative and programmatic skills working as an Orientation Leader at the Office of First Year Experience, as well as an Office Assistant to the Vice Provost of Student Affairs and Dean of Students. In these roles, Alexis created creative outreach materials, planned and executed two “Let’s Talk” programs on Muslim student mental health, and evaluated program results to make recommendations. Additionally, she was a Summer Fellow at the New Sector Alliance working to increase awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia in Chicago’s Washington Heights community through education workshops. Currently, she is a Program Coordinator for Bloom Behavioral Health and Hepatitis Prevention Programs.
