Health Equity through Access to Language Access Services (HEALS) is a mixed-methods program designed to understand the needs and barriers that exist among limited English proficient Asian Americans, as well as the current language access services available at neighboring clinic locations. This program is designed to address language access needs for both the Asian American community members and increase capacity for these services among clinics that serve this community.
