Asian Health Coalition Releases CARDIO Program Toolkit to Benefit AANHPI Communities and Organizations
The Asian Health Coalition (AHC) will release important findings from its Cardiovascular Awareness Recognizing Diet and Integration of exercise Options (CARDIO) program. The program, funded by the AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation’s Connections for Cardiovascular HealthSM Next Generation program, was launched to elevate awareness and risk-reduction of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, specifically among South Asian and Chinese communities in Chicago.
